Description
Two sets of legends on every cap. One on the top face you read in daylight, one on the front edge that only appears when the backlight is on. 128 PBT caps, Cherry height, dye-sublimated across all five faces.
The side print
Light comes out of the front edge
The character on the top face is solid and does not glow. The second set is printed into the front face of the cap in a translucent layer, so it lights up from the switch underneath.
Backlight off, this reads as an ordinary top-printed set. Backlight on, every cap picks up a thin glowing line along its front edge. It is an outline, not a fully lit keycap.
That effect needs a board that actually has a backlight. On an unlit board the side legends sit at the same brightness as the plastic and mostly disappear when you look from an angle.
Colour
Blue on the left, red on the right
The alphas run one gradient across the board: cool blue at the far left, through green, yellow and orange, to red under the right hand. The function row, the modifiers, the arrows and the numpad frame stay black.
Because the gradient follows key position rather than rows, the board reads as a single band of colour with black structure around it. Every key has its place in the sequence; nothing is random.
Profile
Shape
Cherry profile, sculpted: each row steps up and tips back, so the surface curves towards you instead of sitting flat. The front row is 9.4 mm tall. Coming from a stock board this feels familiar; coming from flat XDA or DSA it feels noticeably taller and more stepped.

128 keys, most layouts
One box covers 61, 64, 68, 75, 84, 87, 96, 98, 100, 102, 104 and 108-key boards. What decides whether a kit really fits is the second layer: split shifts, a 1.75u and 2u shift, an ISO-shaped enter, and the short right-hand modifiers that compact boards use.

Before you order
Two things this set does not do
It does not include a keyboard. And it does not glow on its own: the side legends need a backlit board to show up. If your board has no LED, buy it for the gradient, not for the light.
